These terms cover the use of this website. They don't cover the work I do for clients. Anything I build or advise on is governed by a separate agreement we sign before the work starts.

Who runs this site

This site is operated by Salim Consulting Ltd (UK company number 13999873, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ). For any question about these terms, email hello@salim.consulting.

What the site is

The site describes the services I offer and gives you a way to get in touch. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Work only starts once we have a written agreement and you have approved and paid for the first milestone.

Accuracy of information

I keep the content here truthful and up to date, but I make no warranty that it is complete, current, or free of mistakes. Anything on the site is provided for general information only and is not advice you should rely on without talking to me first.

Intellectual property

The text, code, images, and design on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You can read, share links to, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You can't republish whole pages, copy the design, or use the name or logo to suggest I endorse something without written permission.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to third-party sites, such as client work, source tweets, or provider privacy policies. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to:

• Probe, scan, or test it for vulnerabilities without permission
• Submit the contact form with content that is unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading
• Scrape the site for the purpose of training a model or rebuilding the content elsewhere
• Attempt to interfere with how the site runs for other visitors

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let me limit. Beyond that, I'm not liable for any loss that arises from your use of the site, including lost profit, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

If I change anything material, I'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
